August 8 (NBD) -- Living Water Garden, located in South-Western China’s Chengdu, is the world’s first inner city ecological park with water as its theme.

This international award-winning park is a natural water treatment plant, through which 300 tons of river water emerge almost clean enough to drink.

Since its completion in 1998, the park has become one of the most popular ones in the city.

Reopened in July 2022, it becomes a more pleasant place to stay after undergoing a series of upgrades and renovations.
