China's first independently developed quantum computer prototype, with a 6-qubit chip, will be launched as soon as the end of 2020, said Guo Guoping, founder of Hefei-based quantum computing start-up Origin Quantum, which was based on Key Laboratory of Quantum Information of the University of Science and Technology of China.
