July 9 (NBD) -- Hundsun Technologies Inc (600570.SH) said Monday corporate senior executives Liao Zhangyong and Shen Zhiwei will not face criminal summons anymore. 

In a previous internal investigation, the two executives were found taking advantages of their positions to steal the company's trade secrets, doing great harm to the company's interests. They have been suspended from their duties.

The Hangzhou, China-based software provider said the direct economic loss from the incident may not deal a great blow to the company's business performance, but the violators have to be punished strictly in line with the company's rules and regulations.
