June 29 (NBD) -- Chinese oil and gas giant China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec, 600028.SH) has set up two new divisions to smoothen management relationships and promote corporate transformation.

The international cooperation division is to manage the company's international businesses, foreign cooperation and foreign affairs, and the capital and finance division is to handle the financial investments and financial service business related to emerging industries.
