June 21 (NBD) -- Chinese real estate developer Jinke Property Group Co Ltd (Jinke Property, 000656.SZ) announced Thursday that it provided guarantee of 1.948 billion yuan (301 million U.S. dollars) for several subsidiaries. 

By the end of May this year, no guanrantee had been overdue or caught in lawsuit . 

The guarantee balance of Jinke Property for subsidiaries, subsidiaries for subsidiaries and subsidiaries for the parent company totaled 50.87 billion yuan (7.9 billion U.S. dollars), equivalent to 257.33 percent of the latest audited net assets or 32.33 percent of total assets of Jinke Property.
