May 30 (NBD) -- Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co Ltd (600000.SH) has formed a strategic partnership with Ant Financial on Tuesday, carrying out collaboration in areas including financial technology (fintech), online and offline full-channel payment service, management and marketing via internet channels, so as to achieve a win-win situation.

According to the agreement, the bank expects to explore applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the fintech domain through enhanced cooperation, such as fintech AI, solutions and supply chains for industries, biometric verification, fingerprint authentication as well as big data-based risk control.
