China's bike-sharing startup Mobike on Wednesday released its big data artificial intelligence (AI) platform named "Magic Cube".

The platform is applied for accurate prediction of daytime supply and demand to provide guidance for distribution and maintenance of sharing bikes.

It is designed to achieve higher operation efficiency by using AI instead of manpower but its effectiveness is still waiting to be tested.
