Zhou Yong, the Chairman and CEO of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) said in the annual result press conference that, the goal of CSCEC this year is to sign new agreements worth no less than 90 billion yuan (13 billion U.S. dollars), 70% of which are for China's Public—Private—Partnership (PPP) programs including affordable housing, highway and infrastructure programs.

"There is a large number of opportunities because city traffic of many cities still needs developing." Zhou said, "Last year, the performance of the second half year is better than that of the first half year, and the gross profit rate remained above 20%.
