China's logistics amount in 2016 totaled 229.7 trillion yuan (33.23 trillion US dollars), up 6.1% year-on-year in terms of comparable prices, according to the country's National Development and Reform Commission.

The social logistics costs in 2016 stood at 11.1 trillion yuan (1.61 trillion US dollars), increasing by 2.9% year-on-year. Its growth rate lagged behind that of the total logistic amount and the country's GDP.

The logistics revenue in 2016 reached 7.9 trillion yuan (1.14 trillion US dollars), up 4.6% compared with the previous year.
