CHENGDU, Feb. 7 (NBD) -- According to an announcement Monday, investment firm Crystal Stream is to establish Qinghan Foundation, jointly with Chinese singer and actor Lu Han and agribusiness giant New Hope Group. 

The foundation is the first-of-its-kind, created by a professional investment company and a representative celebrity of Chinese younger generation. It aims to bolster the startups in cultural sector of the younger age.
