CHENGDU, Jan. 19 (NBD) -- China will issue policies to urge labor-intensive enterprises to move to northeast, central, and west China to create more jobs there, according to an executive meeting of the State Council chaired by Premier Li Keqiang Wednesday.

This is a part of the country's 13th five-year plan for employment promotion.

Advanced manufacturing will get a strong boost between 2016 and 2020. This will significantly drive the development of manufacturing-related service industry and bring forth new forms of business that can meet diverse demand.

Consumer service industries like healthcare and senior care will be strongly promoted as well.
