CHENGDU, Jan. 12 (NBD) -- Chinese state-owned enterprises China Grain Reserves Corporation (Sinograin) and China National Cotton Reserves Corporation (CNCRC) held on Wednesday a conference signalizing the implementation of reorganization work for the two giants, in Beijing. 

CNCRC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinograin following the merger, marking Sinograin the largest conglomerate domestically in agricultural products sector.
