CHENGDU, Jan.5 (NBD) -- China's largest car-hailing service provider Didi Chuxing (Didi) unveiled on Wednesday its car rental service overseas.

Chinese users are now able to rent cars overseas by the international version of Didi app where payments by credit card are acceptable.

Avis Budget Group, global vehicle rental company with operation in more than 1,500 cities in over 100 countries, is Didi's overseas partner.

Prior to its overseas service, Didi invested in and established partnership with its US counterpart Lyft. Chinese users in the US can order Lyft vehicles by Didi overseas version.
