CHENGDU, Dec. 13 (NBD) --  Eastern China's Zhengjiang will introduce 20 provincial regulations late this year to further reduce 20 billion yuan (about 2.89 billion US dollars) of companies’ financial cost, accoring to Zhengjiang Province Economic and Information Commission (ZJPEIC).

Ling Yun, deputy director of ZJPEIC, said at a press conference held on Monday that these regulations included suspension of imposing local water conservancy construction funds on companies, diversifing urban land use taxes, cutting down land transport costs and so on.
