Alibaba ATH announced that HappyHorse-1.0 will begin phased API testing on April 27 via the Alibaba Cloud Bailian platform, with enterprise clients invited first.

The AI video generation project is led by ATH’s innovation unit, in collaboration with multiple Alibaba teams. Following testing in late April, a full commercial launch is set for May.
