According to informed sources, Zhu Jiangming, Chairman of Leapmotor, and Carlos Tavares, CEO of Stellantis, will jointly attend a press conference next week. During this event, they will announce the establishment of a joint venture called “Leapmotor International”.

On October 26, 2023, Leapmotor announced that Stellantis plans to invest approximately €1.5 billion to acquire around 20% of Leapmotor’s shares.
