According to media reports, Boston Scientific, a US-based company, signed an agreement with Shanghai on Monday, announcing the official establishment of its first factory in China in Lingang. This move signifies a further commitment by multinational medical companies to localize their operations in China. Previously, medical device giant Medtronic has also established a production factory in Lingang, with an initial investment of approximately 300 million yuan. However, Boston Scientific has not disclosed the investment amount.
