The first digital art space of its kind in China is unveiled at the metro station of East Dongda Road in Chengdu on February 10th.

On display is the world-renowned masterpiece, the long scroll titled A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains presented in a unique and innovative way.

The painting A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains is in the permanent collection of the Palace Museum in Beijing.

By introducing state-of-the-art technology, Chengdu Rail Transit has brought the ancient artwork to life, giving it a new lease of life in the modern world.

At the metro station, visitors can experience the interactive and multi-sensory art installation of "A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains". It features real-time layered rendering and time-changing system, combining traditional aesthetics with digital technology and atmosphere elements such as painting, scenery, music and scent.

The exhibition will be running for six months from February 10. Themed exhibitions like "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" are planned for the future, celebrating the beauty of ancient China and its vibrant culture.
