Dec. 6 (NBD) -- Former chairman of Edinburgh International Festival Committee Richard Lewis shared his persepctive on building a cultural city with NBD at the 2018 Chengdu Global Events Summit.

Regarding Chengdu, Mr. Lewis said the greenery in and mountains surrounding the city reminds him of Munich and Milan, and the city overall surpassed his expectation.
