June 21 (NBD) -- There is a lag between payment collection and sales, China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. ("CFLD", 600340.SH), one of the leading industry park operators in China, said Wednesday in reponse to investors' concerns. 

The company noted it will speed up the collection of payment and spend money more wisely in the future to ensure a stable cash flow.
