The number of sharing bikes in Guangzhou has risen to 400 thousand now and concerns have been aroused by the following issues such as parking in disorder.

On Monday, Guangzhou Traffic Committee had a meeting with four bike-hire enterprises Mobike, Ofo, Mingbikes, and Bluegogo for the requirement of strengthening the management of sharing bikes. The instructions for setting up bike parking areas in the central area will be released in the next few days.

Four enterprises responded that they will regulate users' behaviors by technical means and advocate "safe ride" in various ways.

NBD noticed that Beijing Xicheng Traffic Committee recently also had a meeting with Mobike and Ofo for the demand that sharing bikes are forbidden to parking in ten roads.

Recently, several measures have been introduced for the regulation of sharing bikes by different cities including Beijing, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Changsha and Chengdu.
