CHENGDU, Feb. 8 (NBD) -- Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau released, on a news briefing Monday, measures to bolster the future development of Jingrong Town, a business startup center located in the city's Pidu District.

Interpretation was made on municipal government's guidelines for expediting a demonstration base for innovation and entrepreneurship, in Jingrong Town, which is envisioned as a future center, up to the international standard, for innovation firms.

Comprehensive financial aids, of 10 million yuan (1.45 million US dollars) and more, will be granted to top teams for technological breakthrough and achievements transformation, led by high-profile talents, including Nobel laureates, members of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Engineering). A higher amount would reach 100 million yuan (14.53 million US dollars) for exceptionally excellent projects.
