CHENGDU, Jan. 16 (NBD) --Judging from the number of participants and their expenditure, the market size of public square dancing is likely to reach 50 to 100 billion yuan (7.26 to 14.52 billion US dollars), according to reports.

The average monthly spend of a square dancing hobbyist is 300 to 500 yuan (43.56 to 72.60 US dollars).

The stores selling dancing dress and shoes on an e-commerce platform run to 100 pages. Besides, the market demand for the audio equipment and courses for square dancing is also growing.
